Juugakoda – a therapy and training center in Tartu, Estonia


Juugakoda is a therapy and training centre offering breath therapy, reiki, MER (myofascial energetic release) and Indian head massage sessions. We offer Conscious Breathing, SOURCE Process and Breathwork, Biodynamic Breathing and Trauma Release System (BBTRS), and Soothing-Relaxing Breathing. We organize meditations and visualisations. We teach Reiki (stages I, II and III) and creative use of breathing to change your mood and increase your well-being.

We have a 36 m2 spacious and white therapy, breathing, meditation and training hall where we organize group events and rent it to other trainers and therapists.

Our trainer and therapist is Reet Karro, who has University of Tartu MA degrees in English language and literature and written translation and has also studied breathwork with Binnie A. Dansby, Nisarga Eryk Dobosz and Dan Brulé. She has the SOURCE Process and Breathwork Practitioner certificate from Binne A. Dansby and the Biodynamic Breath and Trauma Release Practitioner certificate from the Institute of Body-Oriented Healing Arts. Prsently she is studying MER at the above-mentioned institute.

Her Usui Reiki lineage is Mikao Usui-Chujiro Hayashi-Hawayo Takata-Wanja Twan- Aila Norlamo-Raili Raunio-Jaan Jääts-Anti Kreem.

She has studied Champi with Kristel Krautman and completed dozens of weekend courses with several well-known teachers (Colin Cisson, Lena Kristina Tuulse, Bo Wahlstrom, Rani Spets etc). Presently she is preparing to have a qualification in adult training.

She is devoted to making the world a better place, empowering people and stopping the loss of biodiversity.

It is not very easy to find us. We are located in the Karlova district, on the third floor of Saekoja 36a, room 310. It is best to take a taxi and ask to be taken to the back door of Saekoja 36a. Or, look at the map.
